Based in Melbourne’s inner south-east, this government organisation is seeking a People Business Partner to provide temporary relief leading people related priorities, including coaching people leaders and managing people related queries across the employment lifecycle until June 2024
Your new role
Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
Demonstrated experience delivering contemporary generalist HR advice across the employment lifecycle
Proven track-record working with a Business Partnering model as a HR Business Partner is critical
Previous experience within Local Government is highly regarded, and is an advantage, however not essential
