The Role
As People & Culture Business Partner, you will be offered a unique opportunity to utilise your Legal HR background (ideally) to assist you in a multitude of areas including recruitment, vacation clerk and graduate programs, people management including performance reviews, learning and development initiatives, participations in the committees for health and wellbeing, leaderships development and more, as well as managing compliance for WH&S.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this position you will possess all relative tertiary qualifications, with 2+ years experience in a similar position, showcasing your deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. You will also have the confidence to work autonomously and manage a recruitment portfolio, exceptional communication skills, a "can-do" attitude with organisation prowess and ability to multitask, and strong skills in fostering longstanding relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
