Our Business Partners work in true partnership with their designated areas of the business to execute effective HR solutions across the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding and individual development to navigating complex people and performance issues and executing strategic change programs. As a Business Partner, you will have a portfolio of 200+ employees within a specific business unit, enabling you to build genuine working relationships with both managers and employees.

What will you bring to the team?
This role will be a perfect fit for someone who is equally as comfortable playing a hands-on role as they are developing key stakeholder relationships.
To be successful in securing this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource management or a related discipline
- Experience navigating sensitive Employee and Industrial Relations matters
- Self-motivation, you will work independently and be able to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Experience in working across the full suite of HR services
- Strong organisation skills to match this fast-paced and diverse environment
- Resilience, independence and strong interpersonal skills
