Hays is currently partnered with a state government organisation to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner for an organisation that strives to prevent workplace injuries, illness and fatalities whilst raising the standard of health and safety in all workplaces.
Your new role
The People & Culture Business Partner works in partnership with a business area to develop business solutions and to provide high level service consistent with the organisation’s policy, strategy and the business unit needs. The P&C Business Partner provides input into the unit’s projects, business plan and helps integrate policies and initiatives into the business.
The P&C Business Partner is accountable for partnering with the business in collaboration with the People & Culture team to contribute to the wider business agenda and present solutions to leadership that enable success through their people.
What you'll get in return This role offers you an attractive salary of $116,223 plus superannuation and is an initial 12-month assignment with the possibility of an extension and full-time working hours.
