About your next opportunity 

We are looking for someone who is energetic and driven to deliver exceptional support to our people. The fostering of staff relationships and working closely with them is key to this role and whilst it does involve HR generalist activities, it is more about supporting our people through their journey with us.

Reporting to our Operations Manager, some of the key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Co-ordinate end-to-end employee life cycle needs and processes including recruitment, Employment Contracts and related correspondence
  • Develop and implement a more streamlined and personal onboarding process
  • Develop and execute wellness programs and training
  • Coordinate the performance development process
  • Coordination of accreditations to support our Partner and Affiliations’ obligations
  • Identifying and coordinating learning and development needs to promote and encourage continued professional development
  • Undertake P&C systems data updates and support
  • Maintain P&C procedures
  • Update P&C intranet and website pages
  • Generate reports from relevant P&C systems
  • Manage and assist with P&C projects
  • Manage compliance & legal requirements
  • Provide support and advice to the Management team with P&C related matters
  • Assist with development and implementation of the P&C strategy in line with organisational objectives
  • Identify continuous improvement initiatives relating to P&C activities

 About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources and/or relevant experience
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in a similar role in a professional or corporate environment (consulting environment would be an advantage)
  • Experience in end-to-end HR activities including conflict resolution discussions
  • Comfortable in doing the hands-on transactional tasks as well as the strategic 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an internal client focus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team as needed
  • Ability to operate within a challenging environment and build on the role
  • Commitment to the values of the organisation
