About the Role:

Reporting to the COO, this role requires a meticulous individual with a strong background in compliance and systems. The right candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring systems compliance, regulatory compliance with a focus on ASQA and VET standards related to training, ISO standards and maintaining quality control systems across the organisation.
  
Responsibilities: 

• Systems compliance: ensure that quality assurance systems are implemented and followed across Parabellum’s systems.
• Systems implementation: identify, implement, and manage new systems required for the company.
• HSEQ compliance: working with the HSEQ Coordinator, ensure HSEQ regulatory and system’s compliance.
• RTO Regulatory Compliance: working with the RTO Manager, ensure compliance with ASQA and VET standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and guidelines, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
• Quality Control: ensure quality control measures uphold high standards, conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS): Manage and maintain the applicable Learning Management System.
• Staff Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance-related matters and foster a culture of awareness and commitment to compliance within the organisation.

 Qualifications:To excel in this position:

• You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an RTO. 
• Hold HSEQ qualifications, including auditing and systems qualifications;
• A strong understanding of HSEQ regulatory and ISO requirements;
• A strong understanding of ASQA and VET requirements;  
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable; and
• Proficiency in systems, including Microsoft Office and other training-related software is a must.
