We are looking for a passionate People Excellence Partner to join us! The People Excellence team is the face of People & Culture, as well as the first point of contact for all people matters. You'll provide high quality operational HR advice, covering engagement, employment relations, policy and procedure across all business areas in NZ & AU. You'll support the achievement of business goals, while having a real impact on our employee experience and culture.

There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved with projects focused on process improvements, and we'd love to hear your fresh ideas. We're a highly collaborative team, so you can support with coaching of junior team members if this is an area of interest.

There is plenty of opportunity for you to bring your personal flare and touch to make this role your own, you will be a key part of making Frucor Suntory the best place to work!

To enable you to hit the ground running in this role, you will have:

• Prior experience as a HR Advisor
• Strong Employment Relations experience and the confidence to manage processes
• Knowledge and understanding of current HR legislation and best practice
• A proactive strategy mindset with the ability to source solutions independently
• Robust stakeholder management and communication skills (Written/Verbal)
• The courage to challenge and ability to coach leaders through employee issues
• The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• The ability to adapt and be flexible/agile in your approach as we embark on our transformation journey toward Suntory Oceania
