This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor supporting our renowned Work Dynamics team. You will act as an advocate of the wider function and leverage our Centres of Excellence and Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business, including but not limited to; Transformation, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Employee Value Proposition, Reward, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

A snapshot of the role.

Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy.

Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.

Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.

Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.

Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results.

Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management.

Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.

Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion and stabilisation of new business along with restructuring of existing teams with great consideration given to employee experience.

Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”.

Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other HR stakeholders.

Work with HR Service Delivery as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues. Actively leverage the HR technology in order to drive value and result.

Before you apply it’s worth knowing what we are looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in HR/ ER, with proven experience in group relationship management, Employee Relations, Case Management, and project work.  The ability to provide high quality service to the business in a changing environment will ensure you succeed in this fabulous opportunity.

You love working as part of a collaborative HR team as well as autonomously and are positive and tenacious in your daily approach. You’ll also be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business.

Holding superior communication skills (written and verbal), you thrive on change and have an “I can get it done and drive results” mentality. You are resilient and can take ownership whilst helping others.

You can diagnose issues and develop options/ solutions with a strong delivery focus. You embrace new digital technology and understand processes and systems.
