The Opportunity
A newly created role, our client seeks an HRIS System analyst to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities by maintaining and optimising data. This pivotal role goes beyond data management, requiring you to craft new reports and dashboards to extract valuable business insights. Your responsibilities will include identifying patterns, trends, and correlations within human resources data to provide actionable recommendations. This position involves ownership of people-related systems, with responsibilities including vendor management, SLAs, and issue resolution, including handling system outages.

To Be Successful
Our client is searching for more than just a technical specialist; they seek someone capable of leveraging data insights to enhance efficiencies across the organisation. Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

  • Formulation and implementation of a comprehensive human resources data strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Establishment and upholding of data dictionaries to clearly define data elements maintaining consistency.
  • Management of offshore team to produce HR reports and dashboards, offering insights into workforce metrics, trends, and KPI’s.
  • Tailoring reports to meet specific needs of stakeholders, including HR leadership, department heads, and executives.
  • Working closely with the People and Performance team and other departments identifying their data requirements and offer data-driven insights.
  • Effectively communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that reporting aligns with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Applying statistical methods and predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs and anticipate potential challenges.
  • Producing reports to ensure compliance with labour laws, government regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Defining and tracking key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-fill, employee engagement scores, and diversity statistics.
  • Analysing HR-related costs, such as compensation, benefits, and recruitment expenses, to pinpoint opportunities for cost savings and budget optimisation.
