People & Performance Coordinator

As People & Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of the human resource function across the gallery. The position is directly aligned with the Gallery's wellbeing program and will be key to its successful delivery. The role requires a self-starter who can establish relationships with key stakeholders throughout the gallery.

Specific Tasks
Under general direction of the People and Performance Manager, the successful applicant will:

1. Actively participate in the development of the Gallery's Learning and Development and Wellbeing initiatives and coordinate delivery of the programs.
2. Coordinate the administration of recruitment activities from advertising through to onboarding.
3. Respond to general incoming enquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and timely advice.
4. Ensure personnel and other HR records are maintained accurately.
5. Undertake the responsibilities of inducting new employees and ensuring the successful separation of employees.
6. Administration of the human resource sections of the gallery intranet and administration support as required.
