Specific Tasks
Under general direction of the People and Performance Manager, the successful applicant will:
- Actively participate in the development of the Gallery's Learning and Development and Wellbeing initiatives and coordinate delivery of the programs.
- Coordinate the administration of recruitment activities from advertising through to onboarding.
- Respond to general incoming enquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and timely advice.
- Ensure personnel and other HR records are maintained accurately.
- Undertake the responsibilities of inducting new employees and ensuring the successful separation of employees.
- Administration of the human resource sections of the gallery intranet and administration support as required.
