You will play a significant role in the smooth running and efficiency of our newly opened day surgery hospital. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class day surgery services to our patients undertaking procedures relating to fertility, as well as maintaining a professional standard of practice for all services provided.
We are seeking Registered Nurses who are experienced in Anaesthetics/PACU.
Are you the ideal candidate for us?
Understanding there are ups and downs in reproductive health, you will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will be a passionate team player who has a commitment to quality, best practice and workplace safety. Ideally you will bring the following:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in theatre
- Obtained RN qualification
- Good knowledge of surgical procedures
- Experience in a fertility setting (advantageous)
- Unconditional AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate within multi-disciplinary teams
- Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service and patient care
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- Time management skills with an ability to cope under pressure and prioritise in a fast-paced new environment
- Thrive in a team environment
- Working with Children Check (WCC)
- A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Principles: Care, Collaborate, Communicate, Commitment and Create.
