Form of workWe are looking for highly motivated and dedicated Perioperative Nurses (RN1/RN2C) to provide professional high quality perioperative nursing services in a perioperative setting, including scrub/scout, recovery/anaesthetics and admission/discharge.
Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1) you will provide direct person-centred nursing care and/or individual case management to patients/clients on a shift-by-shift basis in a defined clinical area with increasing autonomy over time.
As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) your role continues to be predominantly clinical in nature; however, employees are assigned appropriate portfolios. The allocation of portfolio responsibilities should be negotiated with each employee and be consistent with the career development plan for the employee as determined by their performance review/development plan
SALARY
Salary - Multi-classed RN/M1 or RN/M2C
- Classification - RN/M1 - $72,651 to $99,129 p.a. (pro rata)
- Second Classification - RN/M2C - $84,870 to $107,279 p.a. (pro rata)
