As part of a busy team, you can contribute to the continued success of the business by working all aspects of administration tasks including but not limited to:
- Assisting with the administration of the day-to-day outbound and inbound operations
- Frontline communication; answering phone, dealing with staff enquiries, responding to emails.
- Rostering staff to event specific roles based on required skill sets.
- Accurate typing and data entry into MYOB and Rostering systems
- Checking & packing uniform orders
- Processing uniform orders through payment gateway
- Assist with arranging of transport/couriers/ postage of uniforms.
- Filing and maintenance of Patient Care Records
- General office administration as directed by Operations Manager
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Advanced computer literacy skills Excel, Outlook, Word.
- A strong background in admin and medical event industry knowledge would be beneficial.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Rostering/staff scheduling experience is highly regarded.
- High attention to detail
- Your willingness to learn and your “can do” attitude.
- Need to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills, a strong customer focus, ability to build successful relationships with the staffing cohort and the ability to cope with a high volume of work.
- Your excellent time management skills will enable you to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Hours of work:
- Thursday and Friday 08:45- 16:45
- Saturday 07:00-15:00
These hours are an estimate of shift times and will vary based on operational needs. Flexibility is essential due to the changing needs of the business.
