Form of work- For the ECT position: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ECT qualification).
- For the Diploma Educator position: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Strong passion for Early Childhood education and commitment to quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Create and implement engaging and educational play-based learning experiences for children.
- Effectively integrate intentional teaching practices to support children's development and learning.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and observations of children's progress
