We're looking for Permanent Full TimeChef/Cook staffs to join in a fun & high pace working environment. Learn to make Vietnamese Street Food, roll up your sleeves and help in the kitchen and make sure the store sparkle. We Permanent Full Time positions available in our North hobart, kingston, Glebe Hill shopping centre, Margate, Sorell stores.

About the RoleThe job tasks and responsibilities will include:
Perform cooking duties and techniques relevant to Vietnamese cuisine.
Coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation.
Provide direction regarding timing of dishes.
Work as part of a team and achieve team outcomes.
Develop menu items through the use of specials.
Assist other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food.
Follow kitchen standard operating procedures, including receiving & storage of produce, and maintenance of equipment.
Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are maintained at all times.
Prepare food to a consistently high standard.
Maintain a clean and sanitised workstation.
Qualifications and Experience RequiredThe position is available for applicants with minimum 2 years industry experience and applicants must have completed their Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent.
Must Have Requirement of Role
Ideally applicants will have permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
