We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join the Mental Health team in Canberra, ACT.
The Position:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday within the Allied Health team and will provide services to the Adult Mental Health Unit, Ward 12B, Mental Health Short Stay Unit, and to any Mental Health surge wards that open at Canberra Hospital.
The successful Psychologist is responsible for conducting skilled clinical assessments and delivering individual and group based psychological interventions to people.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Be registered or be eligible for general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Minimum of 12 months paid work experience, post qualification, in a related/ relevant organisation/ service post qualification experience.
- Current Passenger vehicles Driver’s License.
- CHS is leading the drive to digitally transform health service delivery in Australia through the implementation of a territory wide Digital Health Record. Computer literacy skills are required which are relevant to this role as you will be responsible for completing required documentation and becoming a proficient user of the Digital Health Record and/or other Information Technology systems; once proficient, you will need to remain current with changes, updates and contingencies.
- $70,679 - $97,028 (Plus 11.5% Super)
