I enjoy going for a drive and walks to the shop. I also like sitting outside in a backyard diamond painting and gardening.

I require assistance with day to day living which includes household tasks. I contribute to tasks including doing dishes and cleaning up my room but may need support in other tasks throughout my home.

I also have CPAP machine on at night-time or when I'm sleeping, I'm able to run the machine by myself, please make sure this is running properly and I'm comfortable when sleeping before going for your passive shift.

I'm able to communicate my needs during that time. If I do not settle, I will need you to be confident to follow my Crisis Response Plan.
