Personal Assistant - Cosmetic & Dermatology Practice

Our client, is a leading Cosmetic and Dermatology clinic They offer the latest technology and research coupled with a team of professionals who are leaders in their field.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic PA/Medical Receptionist to join their team. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting of patients
• Personal Assistant to surgeon
• Diary Management
• Booking appointments and procedures
• Management of all patient data, correspondence
• Providing quotations and prepayments of patient procedures
• Invoicing and receipting of consultations
• End of day reconciliations
• Opening and closing of the clinic

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in a team environment and provide support. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service. Genie experience will be an advantage
