The Opportunity
Due to the consistent growth, our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their Business Advisory division. In this dynamic role you will be working alongside two partners as well as providing additional administration support.
Your day-to-day task would include:
- Preparing Invoices
- Answering phones and checking voicemail messages
- Diary management for the two partners
- Ensuring reports and proposals align with precise branding guidelines using software such as Microsoft office
- Develop diagrams and flowcharts for proposals
- General administration duties
- Arrange meetings and travel
- Manage expenses
- Assist with marketing
Essential
- Experience working in a public practice accounting firm
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A willingness to work flexible hours
- Be professionally presented at all times
- Completion of year 12
- Certificate of Business Administration
