We are looking for an outcome driven, highly organised Personal Assistant to assist the Queensland Energy Service Group Leader on projects, daily activities and supporting the broader service group’s leadership team. Its an exciting time to join a well established team, that continues to grow in the Energy Market.While we’ll need you to tackle the traditional PA tasks such as diary and inbox management, credit card reconciliations, meeting coordination and minute taking, you will have the opportunity to work on Aurecon’s key initiatives and programs, manage and coordinate events, bring creativity and unconventional thinking to your work and showcase your ability to juggle changing and conflicting priorities. - Demonstrate an advanced ability to positively manage upwards using your own particular influencing style whilst being proactive
- Have a focus on detail as you will be a central coordination point for many of the leadership team’s activities
- Be eager to learn, including Aurecon’s operational and reporting systems
- Use the engagement skills that you have developed in your career to date to excel in this role
- Identify the ways in which you can use your expertise as an Executive Assistant and as an individual to contribute to our vision and make your special mark on our team

- Previous experience in supporting senior leaders and the confidence in your ability to liaise with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders across different office locations
- Proficient in MS Office apps
- Strong attention to detail and quality outcomes
- Proven ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment and have a flexible approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
