Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to our CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and maximise productivity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Screen and prioritise incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, both on-site and off-site
Conduct research and gather information on various topics as needed
Assist with personal tasks and errands, as requested by the CEO
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to ensure efficient operations
Collaborate with other members of the executive team and support staff to facilitate seamless communication and coordination
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
Proven experience as an executive assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all situations
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and willingness to go above and beyond to support the CEO and the organisation
