As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our General Manager.

Job Description: We are looking for an efficient, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organise meetings. Ensure all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager. Draft, review, and send correspondence as required.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage reports, presentations, and other documents. Ensure all files are organised and easily accessible.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Project Assistance: Support the General Manager in various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
