Form of work The Waste & Cleansing team have an exciting opportunity for a 6-month term contract with potential extension as the Personal Assistant to the Group Manager Waste & Cleansing, based at Rydalmere Operations Centre. About the role This position provides personal assistance to the Group Manager Waste & Cleansing and provides support to the section managers including research, preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, procurement, and support services such as diary management and maintenance of administration systems.On a daily basis you will: Drive high quality administrative, secretarial support and tactical tasks. Manage the Group Manager’s diary which includes organising meetings, preparation of agendas/support materials and minute taking where required. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to coordinate requests, manage partnerships and maintain business relationships. Provide secretarial support including examining and prioritising correspondence taking follow up action and preparing draft replies where appropriate.
