Role Overview:
As the Personal Assistant, you will be at the epicenter of our organization, providing essential support to our CEO's office. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating high-profile meetings, and ensuring seamless communication within the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management for the CEO, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Manage the facilities and building maintenance of the HQ and other offices
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient workflow in the CEO's office.
- Corporate Events: You’ll manage the guest list for every event held in the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Corporate Box – You’ll host specific events and get to enjoy them regularly.
Qualifications/Essentials:
- Proven experience as an executive or Personal Assistant. (Professional Services or Real Estate)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Must have a driver’s licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
