We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, customer-focused Personal Banker to join our Miranda Branch team.
What will you do?
Our Personal Bankers act as the face of Qudos Bank being the first point of contact in helping our customers navigate their banking needs and empowering them to make their financial dreams come true. This is a Level 2Personal Banker position which means you will be responsible for assisting members with lending enquiries, such as Credit Cards, and Personal Loans. You will also assist with general enquiries, and actively cross-sell Qudos Bank’s products and services.
Key duties & responsibilities include:
- Support the Branch team to achieve Lending Sales, Service and operational outcomes
Assist members and prospective members with all lending enquiries across several channels including data entry,
document preparation, ordering valuations and completing credit checks as well and communicating effectively with members throughout the loan application processManagement of complex membership needs and enquiries
Cash Handling and Management including accurately processing transactions and balancing
Make outbound calls to new and prospective members

What do you need?
We would love to hear from experienced candidates who are passionate about customer service and banking.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous lending experience in Credit Cards, Personal Loans, ideally in a face-to-face environment
- Cash handling experience
A successful background in cross-selling products in a Financial Institution
Customer-first attitude and experience to match
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to learn new systems and technologies
