The Role
An exciting opportunity to support The Bellevue, our Port Macquarie village and provide high quality Personal Care services to residents.
What you will do
- Ensure that the daily Personal Care needs of residents are met
- Respond to call outs and wake up calls
- Provide a caring, safe and healthy environment for residents and visitors.
- Monitor health and well-being of residents and report to the Village Manager or Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator any variations/deteriorations.
- Change resident’s bed linen weekly
- Provide prompt response to emergency calls and assistance
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust and respect where we enable our residents to live their life at the fullest.
What we like about you
- Experience in caring for mature aged persons
- Current First-Aid and CPR Certificate
- Cert 3 in Aged Care
- You are positive, energetic, hands on and a compassionate person
