The Opportunity:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in providing excellent care and support to residents.
This role is permanent part time (hours negotiable up to full-time), working predominantly night shift.
As a Personal Care Assistant in our small 21 bed facility, you will play a pivotel role in ensuring delivery of quality care and contributing to the health and wellbeing of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Resident Care: Ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certificate 3 in Aged Care or working towards: Current certificate in Aged Care, or currently undergoing Certificate with completion of 1 block of placement.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building meaningful connections within the community.
Compassion: Demonstrated empathy and genuine care for the well-being of aged care residents.
Adaptability: Willingness to embrace the unique lifestyle opportunities of living and working in a close-knit regional community.
