Home Care Support Worker We are looking for a compassionate and caring care worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities or aged care and will be able to provide a high level of support and assistance. Responsibilities: •Provide Personal Care to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. •Assist clients with meal preparation. •Provide companionship and social interaction. •Monitor and record client's health and well-being. •Respite care and Community Access •Domestic assistance •Complete administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records and completing reports Qualifications •Certificate III or IV in Individual Support •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Strong customer service skills •Ability to work flexible hours and must be willing to travel. •Competitive salary and benefits package •Opportunities for career development and advancement •Supportive and collaborative work environment •Chance to make a difference in the lives of others.
