Key Accountabilities:
- Provide Individualised and Personalised Care
- Monitor Consumer health and wellbeing
- Deliver a holistic approach to care service provision that incorporates the residents’ personal beliefs, values, needs and culture in their individual care plans
- Ensure the residents rights to dignity, privacy and confidentiality are strictly always maintained
- Ensure care is provided in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to RNs
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
- Minimum of 3 month's work experience as PCA within residential aged care, home care or disability services
- Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff
- Strong passion for working with the elderly
- Valid police check
- Evidence of COVID vaccinations - 2 doses + Booster Dose
- NDIS Check - or have applied for

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
