Longridge Aged Care (South East South Australia) is looking for Personal Care Assistants (aged carers), to assist in the day to day care of our long term residents.
Eligible for not for profit salary packaging (increases your take home pay)

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will make a positive contribution to the daily lives of our Residents. You will assist in their Personal Care, well being and emotional support.
At Longridge we understand that work/life balance is important and you will need the flexibility to work across various shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights).
Successful applicants will be caring, dedicated and team-oriented and will need to demonstrate:
Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification essential;
Ability to use clinical management software such as Lee Care is a plus;
Ability to follow direction;
Ability to work within a team;
An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities;

Salary range of $60-$70K
