What is the opportunity?
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:
- Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
- Providing Personal Care assistance with daily living
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Building relationships with our residents and visitors
- Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
- A team player who enjoys having FUN at work

What we need from you:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Driver's license and reliable transport - preferred.
- Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Complete COVID Vaccinations and up-to-date flu shot
- Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience - preferred.
- Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert, VEVO etc.)
- Manual Handling, and Medicine Administration Certificates (for AINs)
