Form of workWe are looking for qualified Personal Care Assistants, who are young at heart to join the Care team to support one of our Frankston clients. The team will provide a range of services to ensure our client can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:
- Providing Personal Care
- Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and run errands.

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate would be someone who can be proactive in supporting an individual with unique needs and preferences in their daily living activities. PCAs with a passion for social media, YouTube are highly desired.
Experience in Manual handling/Sarah Steady machine will also be highly regarded.
You will be first and foremost a compassionate, friendly and a patient person. You will genuinely have the drive to make a positive impact in people's lives.
In joining the team, you must have:
- Must have Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability
- Be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- Have your own reliable transport and a driver's license.
