About The role
Community Child Care Association is looking to expand its dynamic team with an enthusiastic, energetic Administration Officer and Personal Assistant to the Executive Team. We’re on the hunt for a hardworking and passionate person who loves attention to detail. Working under the direction of the General Manager/Executive Director, this busy, stimulating and diverse role will be responsible for:
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service and strong skill level in all aspects of a receptionist role including telephone manner and face to face interaction, with a “can do” attitude.
- Providing executive-level administrative, and secretarial support to the CCC stakeholders, management team and staff.
The right person will have
- Previous experience (2 years +) working in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to provide high standard reception and administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - be comfortable in having a conversation with a diverse range of stakeholders and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, outstanding work ethic and punctuality
- A stickler for detail - you're the type of person to double check to make sure it's right!
- Strong IT skills including confidence with Microsoft Office package and CRM databases
- Familiarity with the not-for-profit sector, and particularly with community children’s services (desirable)
