The Opportunity We have opportunities for experienced and passionate Personal Care Workers (Care Aides) to join Silver Chain Group, providing service to Narrogin, Pingelly, Wandering, Cuballing, Williams Boddington and surrounds. Our Care Aides deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing and encouraging their ability to participate in their own care to maintain their independence. Responsibilities can include skin care, toileting, general hygiene, grooming, dressing, fitting and removal of pressure stockings, mobility, fluid intake, feeding, meal preparation, respite and assisting with medication. Support may also be required with general housekeeping, social support and basic first aid. About You Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent or previous experience as a Personal Care Worker Current Australian driver's license Registered Vehicle, suitable for work purposes Pass a medical appraisal (known as FCT) Based on Silver Chain Group Policy, you will be required to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 including booster, or evidence of an authorised medical exemption in order to commence employment with Silver Chain.
