We are looking to build our care team with a variety of experienced carers/Support Workers who are able to work casually from a minimum of 10 hours per week. Our clients have 24/7 needs so there is flexibility when scheduling rostering.

Duties
We provide care 24/7, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients' needs. Duties may include but not limited to:
- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including Personal Care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
- Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Skills, Abilities and Requirements
- Must be able speak and write in English, other languages will be an asset!
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers (Nurses) when needed.
- Have a current drivers licence and reliable way to get to and from clients home and be prepared to travel.
- Passionate about making a difference.
- Cert III Aged Care / Disability or demonstrated past experience
- NDIS Worker Screener Check
