About the Opportunity
As a Personal Care Worker you will have the opportunity to be part of the team that provides outstanding care to our residents. You will work in a values based organisation that strives to provide the environment that allows residents to age well.
The position is salaried in line with the appropriate Aged Care Award structure for a PCW across levels 3 and 4, according to levels of experience and hours worked. The salary band for a full-time day shift employee is - $60,764 to $61,948
About You
You have a passion for working with people who are aging and genuinely enjoy providing support in a residential aged care facility.
You have:
A Certificate III in Aged Care
Previous experience as a Personal Care Worker in an Aged Care environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A current National Police Check (specific to Aged Care and/or Vulnerable Persons)
Proof of an up to date influenza vaccination
Availability to work on a 24/7 roster
Ability to work within aged care standards
