The Role
We are looking for Personal Carers who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Harden.
You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

What you will do
As a Personal Carer, you are responsible for ensuring:
- Positive resident experience through resident-first approach
- Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences.
- Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
- A collaborative, team approach
- Manual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctly
- Feedback and incidents are reported
- Safe, high-quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Minimum Enrolled in or Completion of Cert III in Aged Care
- Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
- Currently, hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
