Responsibilities may include:
- Assessing and monitoring patient health
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing patient and family education
- Responding effectively in emergency situations
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)
- Minimum of Cert III in Aged Care or Disability
- 2024 Influenza Vaccine
- Minimum 6 months of aged care experience in Australia
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must be currently based in Australia
- Current driver's license or access to reliable transport
- Able to travel up to 30 minutes to facilities
- Must have Morning Shift availability
- Attractive Hourly Rates - $39/hour - day shift +penalties + super
