Personal Care Worker - Albury/Wodonga Region

Responsibilities may include:

• Assessing and monitoring patient health
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Providing patient and family education
• Responding effectively in emergency situations

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one) 
• Minimum of Cert III in Aged Care or Disability 
• 2024 Influenza Vaccine 
• Minimum 6 months of aged care experience in Australia
• Full working rights in Australia
• Must be currently based in Australia
• Current driver's license or access to reliable transport
• Able to travel up to 30 minutes to facilities
• Must have Morning Shift availability
