We are looking for a motivated and passionate carer / Support Worker to join our team! If you love your autonomy but value support, supervision and flexibility this is the role for you. Including resources, admin support and supervision as required.
We are recruiting for Personal Care / Support Workers for our at home service. This service is designed to facilitate choice and maximise independence. The role includes but is not limited to Personal Care, continence support, mealtime assistance, community access and other duties as outlined in the individuals care plan. The successful applicant will work within our team to assist families in the community with direct support.
