We welcome compassionate Personal Care Workers(PCWs) with a positive attitude to join our team at Warralily Gardens in Geelong on a part-time basis.
Located on the doorstep of the beautiful Surf Coast, Warralily Gardens sets a new standard for residential aged care.
Central to the vibrant local community, Warralily Gardens offers the most extensive range of aged care facilities and services in the Geelong region with 155 beds.
Hours of work
- Monday and Wednesday 1000 – 1800 (Rapid Antigen Tester)
- Selection of PCW shifts (AM, PM and ND available)
What you’ll love to do
- Follow Rapid Antigen Testing protocols when testing all visitors
- Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority
- Administer medications
- Provide the best person-centred care
- Work collaboratively with members of the care team
- Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders
- Accurately report any issues and concerns

What you’ll need
- Medication Competency (we will provide training)
- Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- NDIS Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Warm interpersonal and communication skills
