Calling all Personal Care Workers to provide homecare services to clients in the areas below on a casual basis:
Western Region: Altona, Altona Meadows, Werribee, Williamstown, and surrounding suburbs.
About the role:
As a casual Personal Care Attendant, you will aim to maximise the service recipients' independence by addressing their individual needs and building positive home environments and relationships with families and the community.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with Personal Care (e.g., bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, medication management, bed transfers, etc.).
2. Assisting with household duties (e.g., cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, laundry)
3. Supporting service recipients in accessing appointments or recreational activities, and monitoring and reporting on progress, health, and other issues.
Our ideal candidate:
- Must have your own vehicle to travel to multiple client homes per day
- Must have experience with tasks and responsibilities above
- Can work on a casual basis
