- Demonstrable experience working as a Personal Care Worker
- You hold a Certificate III in individual support, or equivalent recognised qualification
- A proven ability to take a holistic approach to client needs
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding to our clients and their families
- A positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within a team and the broader community
- The ability to use initiative and work under pressure
- Provide care to residents by ensuring their care is provided in a dignified manner
- Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
