AddressOur lovely facility in Toowoomba requires a Personal Carer, who is flexible to work across all shifts as required, must be available for Night Shifts. We understand the importance of maintaining 24/7 care to our residents. This casual opportunity will provide you with job security and experience.
About you: You will provide a range of high-quality services to residents within the facility, including their individual physical, psychological, cultural and spiritual needs. As a Personal Care Worker, you will support a safe home-like environment, whilst safeguarding the dignity and privacy of the residents.
- Support residents with required care
- Provide emotional, and spiritual support to residents
- Be compassionate and personable
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the confidence & capacity to contribute to care plan documentation
- Committed to harmoniously working within a team environment
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or similar)
- National Police Clearance
- Full Covid Vaccination evidence
- Hepatitis B & Tetanus immunisation evidence
- Experience in a family-focused Aged Care facility, under a supportive Manager
- Consistent and ongoing opportunities to learn, grow and develop skills
- Balance between work, life, study and other commitments with part-time hours
- Salary package up to $15,900 per annum of your salary tax free
- Additional $2,600 can be used for Entertainment expenses tax free
