The team provides a range of services to ensure that our client has choice and control in how they live their lives within their local community. Duties could include:

Skills and experience:
The ideal candidates will be someone who has demonstrated experience working with people with a disability either in a professional environment or may be demonstrated through non-professional means or life experience. Individuals must have a sound understanding of disability and the effect on social relationships, independent living, daily needs, physical health, vocational and employment needs of our participants.
In joining the team, you must have:
- Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability.
- NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- Have your own reliable & insured transport, a Vic driver's license.
