What is the opportunity?

As a Personal Care Workers (PCW) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:

• Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
• Providing Personal Care assistance with daily living
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
• Building relationships with our residents and visitors
• Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
• Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
• A team player who enjoys having FUN at work

• We offer a rate above awards with a base pay range of $37.70 to $39.00 per hour plus penalty rates (afternoon, night, weekends, and public holidays), superannuation, and employee benefits.

What we need from you:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Driver's license and reliable transport - preferred.
• Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Working with Children check - preferred
• Complete COVID Vaccinations and up-to-date flu shot
• Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience - preferred.
• Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert, VEVO etc.)
• Manual Handling, and Medicine Administration Certificates (for AINs)
