We are looking for talented and capable Personal Care Workers to support the Residents and team at Ashgrove Aged Care Facility.
The ideal Personal Care Worker for Elderly Care prides themselves on their professionalism and willingness to help and support our Residents, without hesitation. They are empathetic and kind and understand their role is to allow our Residents to live their best lives, whilst in our care.
Our Personal Care Workers understand the importance of clinical procedures and compliance within the workplace, as this works to ensure our Residents are kept safe and healthy. They live and breathe person-centred care and respect the resident's personalities and individual differences.
Personal Care Workers will work across varied shifts, which include morning, afternoon, and night.
We are currently recruiting for experienced and highly skilled Personal Care Workers who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents to join the team in both a casual and permanent capacity.

Requirements:
- Rights to work in Australia.
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care
- Can obtain National Police Check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile and adaptable approach to work and care priorities.
- Commitment to person-centered care and compliance standards.
