Part Time Traineeship available | 48 hrs per fortnight
Complete a fully funded Cert 3 in Individual Support Traineeship at Carinity – Fairfield Grange.
Carinity – Fairfield Grange has exciting Traineeship opportunities to become a qualified Personal Carer Worker in Residential Aged Care. Carinity is excited to partner with a local RTO (Registered Training Organisation) that will deliver the Certificate 3 qualification, under a Traineeship program. The successful applicant will have 24 months to complete the Certificate 3 in Individual Support. Regular onsite visits from the RTO Trainers will ensure the successful applicant is supported in their learning every step of the way to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

About the role:
Personal Carers are under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents effectively and holistically, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment. Eligibility for receive full funding:
Successful applicants must not have previous Certificate 3 qualifications or a higher qualification such as a Certificate 4, or a Diploma.
Must be an Australian citizen or a Permanent Resident.
All applicants will be assessed by the Registered Training Organisation to confirm each applicant's eligibility.
What do I need for the role?
No Aged Care experience is required, only a commitment to complete a traineeship.
Ability to undertake a variety of shift work (AM and PM shifts).
Current Flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations.
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain, or current Police Check (issued before 1 Feb 2021).
