YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY valued role, being the right hand to a top calibre Personal Injury lawyer with a flourishing institutional/child sex abuse & workers compensation practice and also benefiting from the mentorship of the Managing Partner (an industry-leading fully accredited specialist in Personal Injury law),  you will love the  immense satisfaction assisting to obtain justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their :

• abuse (majority); and
• Workers Compensation/Work injury damages

claims.

You will be actively involved in clients’ cases. Specifically, you will be: 

• Liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel, general adhoc administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Are EITHER: 1) a career legal secretary/paralegal OR 2) law student OR 3) law Graduate/Junior Lawyer;
• can work FULL-TIME;
• have minimum 1 year OR MOREPersonal Injury legal experience (seniors welcome) in abuse law (essential) and workers compensation (not essential);
• have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
• can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
