Paralegals - Personal Injury And Family Law And Employment Law

Santone Lawyers have 2 full time paralegal roles available in our workers compensation law AND Family Law/Employment law teams.

We are a rapidly growing firm, which is dedicated to delivering best quality legal services to our clients, in a practical, professional and cost-efficient manner.

Day to day the role will include:

• Working with professional staff and administrative staff
• Drafting applications and statements (workers compensation)
• Drafting basic Family Law court documents (Family Law)
• Liaising with clients and taking instructions
• Preparing matters for hearing
• Some administrative tasks

Skills and Experience

• Experience working as a paralegal in workers compensation, family and/or Employment law desired, but we will accept the right candidates who have an interest in making a career in these areas of law
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Smokeball would be beneficial
